I have a 30" waist and I ordered a small. This products makes me feel good and I'm a big fans of the string around the backside. The single thong string is comfty and doesn't cut into me. I probably could have swung for a medium and been a little better off.

I appreciate the basket size on this piece. It comfortably holds everything flaccid and still holds up when erect. If you are picky like me you may fidget with the strings around the side and back making them look pretty, but it isn't too bad for me.
