RETURN POLICY

EROGENOS offers the guarantee that if you’re dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or apply a credit towards your next order provided that you return them to us unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within 2 weeks of receipt of merchandise. We do not refund postage incurred for items returned to us. We do NOT issue credit card refunds - only exchanges and store credits.

Please note that Postage charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
